A 20GB model sells for $299 while a 40GB iPod is available for $399. July: A new generation of iPods incorporates the Click Wheel interface introduced six months earlier with the iPod mini. By year’s end, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Canada will have iTunes Music Stores of their own. June: Apple’s iTunes Store expands overseas, opening in the U.K., France, and Germany.
